One of the mortgage specialists is Rhianon Canale. An employee of Premier Members since February 2002, Canale began her stint with the company as a teller. She then moved through the ranks of loan officers until she became a mortgage specialist.
“The best part of my job has always been getting to know our members and providing them with the products and services that best suit them,” says Canale.
Premier Members, a not-for-profit financial institution, does not focus on making money for the credit union but giving members good rates and great service. As a mortgage specialist, Canale helps members find a loan that will help them realize their dreams of owning a home, but she is quick to point out that, with Premier, it’s about finding what will work best for the members.
“We are here to take care of [our members],” she says. “We will be the institution that helps the member get into something that really suits them.”
A graduate of Regis University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Canale primarily serves the Boulder and Broomfield areas, and she works diligently to ensure the members she assists get the loan they need. To her, her job is a way to make a difference in people’s lives, to help them find financial success.
“I genuinely care about our members and their financial well being,” says Canale. “I hope that, after working with me, they will understand that I, as well as the credit union as a whole, am here to assist the member in any way I can.”
